Yes, I did consider skipping the potato in the recipe OR going to the grocery store, but we DID plant the potatoes and they ARE organic and I wasn't DOING anything else at the moment, and heavens knows I NEEDED the exercise, so.....

Anyway, on the “up” side I did get one ENTIRE row weeded even though I really only needed to weed a couple of feet for that potato. On the “down” side (which is actually off to your right) there’s a whole other row to weed. However, this body had had enough spa treatment for one day.
But I got my potato! Is that all I got? You bet. I may weed but digging is really a 2 person job. John digs & I pick them up. Works for me. Spas aren’t just for women, you know.
